Postimpressionism Postimpressionism was a movement in late-19th-century French painting that emphasized the artists personal response to a subject. Postimpressionism takes its name from an art movement that immediately preceded it: Impressionism. But whereas impressionist painters concentrated on the depiction of a subjects immediate appearance, postimpressionists focused on emotional or spiritual meanings that the subject might convey. Although impressionist artists interpreted what they saw, their approach nevertheless remained rooted in observation of the natural world. While in Paris in 1886, Vincent van Gogh experimented briefly with neoimpressionism, but found its techniques too restrictive. Instead, he used broader brush strokes and incorporated large zones of single colors into his compositions. A former preacher, van Gogh gave his paintings a spiritual charge through technique, subject matter, and color. It was also intended to reduce the induction of the corporal punishment that was provided to the inmates of the prisons. This was done through the reframe or reformat act that was introduced to improve the condition of the inmates. The correction or the reformation act was quite essential to be introduced as the fiscal challenges faced by the jail authorities had impacted d the quality of services that was introduced for the sake of improving the conditions of the inmates. In the case of projection the impact of the economic recovery was also analysed by the experts. This was done with an intention of providing better facilities to the inmates who were penalised for various reasons. Full recovery wasnt possible for the members, as this had majorly affected the performan ce of the inmates and other members of the jail. The reformation act has been introduced with an intention of improving the economic position of the jail and the same has been planned to be used in an effective manner. These are the causes of the above factors that add to the challenges faced by the managers (Wu et al., 2015). However, managing of ethical standards and going beyond organizations interest are sometimes not valuable. This is due to legal issues faced by company because of government rules and regulations. Lack of business ethics among the employees due to competitive environment also contribute to the negativity of managing ethical standards. The relationship of employee with manager is also a concern if it is not in a good terms. Hence, there are negative points related to managing ethical standards in an organization. Therefore, from above paragraphs, it can be concluded that implementing, promoting and managing ethical standards in an organization is challenging. Managers face lots of challenges in managing ethical standards and going beyond organizations interest. This is due to different functioning and behavior of employees and internal working environment.
